Alex Molineaux
Founder / Physiotherapist
I am a physiotherapist that has worked in healthcare, social care, private practice, the third sector and regulatory services. The recurring theme of my practice is that people with long term conditions return to me as they find the maintenance phase of their conditions a challenge. I founded Wellbeing, Health & You to act as a vehicle to create peer support networks within a framework of wellbeing.
